Welcome to the world of Line Dancing. Dancing is one of the best aerobic activities you can do and is FUN, too. You don't have to have a partner, but you can certainly have one dancing with you. Men & women alike find that when they try Line Dancing, it is easy to get hooked! Several years ago, line dancing became associated with country music. The first line dancing that I learned was Country Line Dancing. As the years went by, choreographers used other kinds of music, and the dancers loved it. Now, line dancing is done to all genres of music: country, rock, rap, oldies, big band. Whatever is your favorite music, there will be dances choreographed to it.
